The proposition

Most tools remember a task. Compass remembers why the work exists, what happened to it, and what should happen next.

Follow the record

One decision.
Five chapters.

A useful system does not hand the work from tool to tool. It keeps the original intent attached as the work changes shape.

01

Orient

Know why

Begin with the reason for making anything at all.

Strategy, objectives, and brand knowledge sit beside every decision that follows.

How it works

The working space
between us.

Compass is the shared workspace between Maal and each client. We develop the strategy, organise the work, and move it through production. Clients see their own work when it is ready for them, with no other brand ever in view.

01 / Plan in context

The brief stays with the work.

Each piece carries its objective, content pillar, assets, owner, due date, and production notes. The calendar shows the publishing rhythm without separating it from the strategy.

02 / Review the real thing

Feedback lands where it belongs.

Clients review a platform-accurate preview, not a filename in an email. They can pin a note to an image, a moment in a video, or a page in a PDF, then approve or request a revision.

03 / Keep the history

Every approval reflects the current version.

Compass records what changed, who changed it, and what was approved. If approved work is edited, it returns for review. The conversation remains attached to the work.

04 / Close the loop

Performance returns to the strategy.

Publishing activity and performance sit beside the plan they were meant to serve. What worked becomes part of the next decision, rather than a report filed somewhere else.

Compass in use / Omari · Adolescence

Compass held the strategy, calendar, content briefs, approvals, and performance record for Omari’s campaign. It made it possible to compare formats while the campaign was live.
